Due to the Coronavirus-19, monthly meetings have been suspended for the time being.  We are hoping to start up again in September 2021.  More information will be posted as we near that time.

The Guild has a meeting most months of the year from September to the following June with our Fall meeting being held in September and a Christmas Luncheon in December.  No meetings are held in July and August.  Most of the meetings are held at the Electric Theater in St. George, but may occasionally be held at another location.  Our meetings give us a time to meet for Guild Business, have a Program on quilting, as well as time for members to 'Show-n-Tell' about projects they have worked on.  Visitors are welcome at our meetings.  Come and see what might interest you - you might decide to join us.  Membership offers many benefits including opportunities to meet others at meetings, attend Workshops, join Friendship Groups and serve as a volunteer in Guild positions (see the Membership Tab).
The November 2019 Guild Meeting was a fun time to learn of Story Book quilting with Corey Kunde.

She liked the idea of having quilts that are passed down from one generation to another.  Even though no one of her family had previously made quilts, she could be the one to start, and then pass them down to her children and grandchildren.

The quilt front is important, but the back and the label are equally important.  The quilt label is often made incorporating something from the 'story book' such as a line out of the book.

Makes really fun for her as well as for the children!

November brought our Block of the Month to
SHOW TIME and we saw a bunch of fun quilts created through this program.   Kudos to all who participated!   Thanks for showing off your work.

How fun to see the variety in colors, layout, and overall look.  NICE!!!
