Information
The Dixie Quilt Guild prides itself on the number and outstanding quality of quilts displayed at our quilt shows! Once again, we’re looking forward to a great showing at our 2025 St. George Quilt Show.
Beginning in September, we will be accepting entries for both Judged and Non-Judged quilts, as well as Antique Bed Turning quilts. Here is the information you will need to enter a quilt:
- You must be a current member of the Dixie Quilt Guild to enter a quilt in the St. George Quilt Show. If you are not currently a member, you can complete your membership at a monthly meeting or online at this website. We encourage all members entering quilts to also volunteer to work at the show in support of the Guild.
- All quilts entered, both Judged and Non-Judged, must have been completed after April of 2022 when the last Dixie Quilt Guild show was held.
- Entry forms will be accepted September 14 – December 14. No late entries will be accepted. (NO EXCEPTIONS) Entry forms and materials can be submitted in person at a Dixie Quilt Guild meeting, or mailed to Dixie Quilt Guild, PO Box 2812 St. George, UT 84771. Mailed entries MUST BE postmarked by December 14.
- Entry forms will be available here for downloading and printing as of September 14. For those without access to a computer and printer, a limited number of printed forms will also be available at Dixie Quilt Guild monthly meetings.
- One entry form is required for EACH quilt you enter.
- Requirements for Judged quilts:
- Completed JUDGED Quilt Form
- $15 per quilt (check made payable to Dixie Quilt Guild)
- 4x6 color picture of your quilt (computer printed photos accepted, as long as the resolution is good)
- Completed quilt label (provided on entry form), hand sewn to back of quilt
- Requirements for Non-Judged quilts:
- Completed NON-JUDGED Quilt Form
- There is no charge for display-only quilts
- 4x6 color picture of your quilt (computer printed photos accepted, as long as the resolution is good)
- Completed quilt label (provided on entry form), hand sewn to back of quilt
- Requirements for Antique Bed Turning quilts:
- Completed BED TURNING Quilt Form
- There is no charge for bed turning quilts
- 4x6 color picture of your quilt (computer printed photos accepted, as long as the resolution is good)
- Completed quilt label (provided on entry form), hand sewn to back of quilt
- Quilt Drop Off – Tuesday, February 4, 2025, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, Washington County Fair Grounds, Harmony Building
- Quilt Pickup – Saturday, February 8, 2025, 5:00-6:00 pm, Washington County Fair Grounds, Harmony Building
