Vendor Booth and Sponsorship Form

Booth Space
Booth space is available for $200 TOTAL for each 10′ x 10′ booth space. A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for each booth space is due by August 1, 2021 FINAL PAYMENT is due by December 1, 2021. After the December 1, 2021 Final Payment Due Date, all deposits and booth payments become non-refundable.

$400.00 sponsorship includes a quarter page ad in our show booklet and mention in our advertising.

Gold Level

$600.00 sponsorship includes a half page ad in our show booklet and mention in our advertising.

Platinum Level

$800.00 sponsorship includes a full page ad in our show booklet, mention in our advertising and announcement recognition during the show.

Booth Info

Booths are 10′ x 10′ and $200 per booth. More than one booth can be reserved. You can use this form multiple times to fulfil your registration. The form will change depending on how you are currently paying. With this form you can:
Register to claim a booth now and pay later.
Pay the deposit.
Pay the final payment.
Pay the full amount up front.
The deposit is due by August 31, 2024. The final payment is due by December 31, 2024.
