Guild Information

Our Guild Meetings

Our business year runs from September to August, with meetings in all months except July and August (for summer break).  We meet in the Taylor Auditorium, inside the Taylor Health Sciences Building at 1526 East Medical Center Drive in St. George, Utah.  Our meetings give us a time to meet for Guild business, have a program on quilting, and time for members to ‘Show & Tell’ their recent projects.  Membership offers many benefits (see below), including opportunities to meet others, join a Friendship Group, and serve as a volunteer in Guild positions. Visitors are welcome at our meetings.

Root for Kids

Follow this link on JustServe.org to donate and/or create handmade items for Root for Kids. Root for Kids (previously known as The Learning Center for Families) is a non-profit organization located in Southern Utah that provides services for children and families in need of extra support in our area. Since 1993, Root for Kids has provided over 20,000 families with the extra help they need to navigate challenges and ensure that every child in our community has the skills they need to excel in school and in life.
All services are based on eligibility and are provided at no cost to the families.

Sew Much Hope Charity

Amazing program! Director states he has expanded disbursement of refurbished machines to refugees in the US, along with international distribution. He prefers mechanical machines, but will accept working electronic machines.

Donors should contact Renee Hall via text at (435) 632-2973, let her know type and condition of machine, and make arrangements to drop off your machine to her.
